Introductie Als Project Validation Coordinator ondersteun je de projectleider bij het coördineren van het projectteam om de vastgestelde deliverables op het gebied van validatie te realiseren. Je bent de spilfiguur tussen verschillende afdelingen en zorgt voor een correcte uitvoering van de validatiestrategie binnen het project. Takenpakket: Validatie & Kwaliteit Opstellen en consolideren van het volledige validatieprojectplan en -rapport. Uitleggen en verduidelijken van de validatiestrategie aan het projectteam, management en inspecteurs. Continu opvolgen van de validatiestrategie, bijsturen of escaleren indien nodig, en rapporteren over status en impact op de projectplanning. Coachen van projectingenieurs rond validatie en kwaliteitssystemen, bewaken van goede validatiepraktijken en kwaliteit van deliverables. Faciliteren en documenteren van risicoanalyses binnen het kwaliteitssysteem. Input leveren voor managementrapportages en communicatie. Fungeren als brug tussen Engineering, Quality Projects, STS/LA, SME’s en System Owners. Optreden als subteamlead Validation binnen het projectteam. Projectplanning Ondersteunen van de projectleider bij het coördineren van het projectteam om deadlines te halen. Opstellen, consolideren en onderhouden van het algemene projectplanningsoverzicht met alle mijlpalen. Continu monitoren van de planning, informeren van het team over voortgang en signaleren van problemen of conflicten. Assisteren bij het definiëren en evalueren van planningsrisico’s en opstellen van mitigatieplannen. Input leveren voor managementrapportages en communicatie. Profiel: Bachelor- of masterdiploma in een technische of wetenschappelijke richting. Ervaring met validatieprocessen en kwaliteitssystemen. Sterke organisatorische en communicatieve vaardigheden. Vermogen om teams te coachen en samen te werken met verschillende stakeholders. Analytisch ingesteld en probleemoplossend. Aanbod: Een uitdagende functie binnen een dynamische projectomgeving.
