Wat ga je doen?

  • Na grondige analyse van het programma van eisen en de klantwensen stel je bouwkundige tekeningen (finishing) op in AutoCAD/Revit.

  • Bereidt de projecten voor ter ondersteuning van de projectleider op gebied van werforganisatie, veiligheid en kwaliteit.

  • Gedetailleerd en probleemoplossend denken in de voorbereidingsfase om een efficiënte en vlekkeloze uitvoering van projecten te waarborgen.

  • Analyseert de aangevraagde offertes bij geselecteerde bouwpartners en leveranciers op zowel technisch als financieel vlak.

  • Betrokken zijn bij het gehele bouwproces voor het onderdeel finishing, van het voortraject tot en met realisatie.

  • Samenwerken met de afdelingen Hvac en elektriciteit/Automatisatie voor een geïntegreerde projectuitvoering.

Vereisten

De kandidaat die wij zoeken:

  • Diploma Bachelor / Master bouwkunde of relevante ervaring.

  • Relevante kennis over bouwtechnieken, AutoCAD/Revit en BIM.

  • Je denkt creatief mee in het bedenken van oplossingen en het uitwerken van alternatieve mogelijkheden.

  • Sterk cijfermatig inzicht en nauwkeurigheid.

  • Vloeiend in Nederlands en Frans, Engels is een pluspunt.
