Job Title: Junior Sales Account Manager - Vision Care

As a Junior Sales Account Manager supporting our Vision Care team, you will be trusted to work on building and maintaining customer relationships and driving sales growth in Belgium.

In this role, a typical day will include:

  1. Collaborating with customers to solve their vision care challenges.
  2. Serving as the primary contact for customers, building long-term relationships across our consumer-oriented product portfolio.
  3. Keeping customers informed and enthusiastic about new products, developments, and innovations.
  4. Convincing potential customers, such as opticians, of the high quality and added value of Alcon's contact lenses, lens solutions, and eye drops.
  5. Executing business plans and striving to achieve sales objectives for your assigned area and national goals in collaboration with other departments (Sales and Marketing).

What You'll Bring to Alcon:

  1. A degree in a relevant field.
  2. Some experience as an account manager, sales representative, or similar role, with the ability to collaborate with customers to offer real solutions to their patients (experience in the optics market/retail is an advantage).
  3. Excellent communication skills, both technical and interpersonal, with strong business and sales strategies.
  4. Field service experience, along with influencing, negotiation, and collaboration skills to build and maintain long-term relationships.
  5. A high level of learning agility, as we plan to launch several new products in the coming quarters.
