Freelancer Business Analyst Standort: Mechelen, Belgien (Hybrid, 2 Tage vor Ort) Start Date: As soon as possible Contract Type: Freelance, 6 monthsAbout the Role: You will join the commercial team responsible for e-commerce and digital marketing in the Residential and SOHO markets. As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in launching a new webshop: gathering and documenting requirements, ensuring they meet both business goals and customer needs, and acting as the link between business and IT.Key Responsibilities:Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for the new webshopTranslate business needs into clear, actionable requirements for ITCollaborate with stakeholders from Digital Marketing and IT to prioritize requirementsMonitor the IT development process and ensure deliverables meet quality standardsSupport testing and validation of webshop functionalitiesProactively identify risks, issues, and improvement opportunitiesReport on progress, challenges, and outcomes to relevant stakeholdersYour Profile:Proven experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in digital, e-commerce, or telecom environmentsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExperience with tools such as Figma (UX/UI), Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Confluence, and JiraKnowledge of BSS systems (Netcracker) and ERP systems (Fusion) is a plusExperience working in cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholdersExcellent communication skills in Dutch and EnglishProactive, performance-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
