Je werkt nauw samen met verschillende afdelingen om projecten te definiëren en te implementeren die bijdragen aan hun operationele excellentie. Aanspreekpunt van de organisatie voor de operationele systemen Opbouwen van kennis omtrent systemen en processen, met als doel de functionele spil van de organisatie te worden Aanspreekpunt voor klanten en partners inzake EDI-verkeer en rapportering Beheer en coördinatie van systeemwijzigingen tussen gebruikers en de IT-afdeling Uitwerken van grote veranderingstrajecten binnen de organisatie, eventueel in samenwerking met een projectmanager Ontwerpen van dashboards en tracking tools (o.a.
