Job Description:- Supports current and future executive leader development through identification, measurement, and development activities.
- Development activities can include facilitating the following: executive roundtables, executive mentoring, and coordinating with vendors for external coaching.
- Ensuring the alignment of the executive talent pool to Nissan's vision, strategies, and organizational objectives.
- Analysis of critical positions and monitoring future talent needs and evaluating key talent.
- Collects, analyzes, and prepares presentations on talent including employee performance, development needs and action plans, coaching activities, and succession plans.
- Monitors and coordinates collection of data from several data sources to develop analytics and reporting.
- Utilizes workforce management reporting and talent management metrics in order to create data-driven approaches to ensuring Nissan develops and retains top talent across the global organization.
- Strategic vision of all talent management processes globally and a holistic view in HR function.
- Experience min. 5 years in talent management, planning for talent development, or HRBP in a large global company.
- Excellent communication skills in Japanese and English; strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.

- Knowledge of Workday or other human resources management system.
- Tableau understanding of features and products.
- TOEIC score: 900 or higher.

- Ability to follow processes, provide new ideas, solid organizational and teamwork spirit, project planning, and management skills.
Annual Salary Range: Monthly Salary (for reference) ¥323,000 to ¥439,000. The final amount will be determined comprehensively based on experience and expertise.
Expected Annual Salary (for reference): Approximately ¥6,100,000 to ¥7,900,000. Monthly Salary × 12 months + Bonus (for reference). The bonus amount is for reference only. The actual payment timing, amount, and conditions will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
*Overtime pay and other allowances will be provided separately in accordance with employee wage regulations.
