AlsRobotics Senior Electrical & Systems Engineer ben jeverantwoordelijk voor het onderzoek en de ontwikkeling van debesturingscomponenten en volledige robotshuttles. Dit omvat hetconceptualiseren, ontwerpen, engineeren en testen van nieuweprototypecomponenten en complete systemen. Hieronder alvast eengreep uit jouw takenpakket:
- Jeevalueert de huidige geautomatiseerde magazijnoplossingen op basisvan prestaties, stilstand, technischespecificaties,...
- Je bespreekt met collega's(R&D, Service, Test & Validation,...) verbeterpunten van deproducten.
- Je neemt de leiding inR&D-activiteiten met betrekking tot besturingscomponenten enhet volledig functionerende product.
- Jeontwikkelt een Proof of Concept (PoC) en plant een tijdschema metde benodigde deadlines.
- Je ontwikkelt eenschematisch ontwerp van robotshuttles inEplan.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor deselectie en nominatie van besturingscomponenten (sensoren,aandrijvingen, HMI, ...).
- Je bentverantwoordelijk voor componentselectie enberekeningen.
- Je werkt samen met mechanische enelektronicaspecialisten om een complete, mechatronische oplossingte ontwerpen.
- Je maakt volledigeproductiedossiers (BOM's, (harnas) schema's,datasheets).
- Beheer ontwerptoestanden enrevisies in het PDM-pakket.
- Je bespreekttestspecificaties en -opstellingen met het Test &Validation-team.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor(opvolgen van) het testen en oplossen van problemen metproductprototypes.
- Je bekijkt rapporten overprototype-tests en past de PoC dienovereenkomstigaan.
- Je werkt samen met de productingenieur watbetreft montage-instructies voor deproductiemedewerkers.
- Je blijft op de hoogtevan nieuwe markttrends in jouwvakgebied.
AlsRobotics Senior Electrical & Systems Engineer voldoe jegrotendeels aan onderstaandevereisten:
- Je hebt een Bachelor ofMaster diploma in Mechatronica, Elektronica, Automatisering of eenaanverwant vakgebied.
- Je hebt minstens 8 jaarervaring in engineering, bij voorkeur in de machinebouw, productie,automatisering, machine- ofluchtvaartindustrie.
- Noties van functioneleveiligheid, prestatieniveaus, risicoanalyse enSistema.
- Je expertise ligt voornamelijk op hetgebied van besturing, maar je hebt ook veel interesse in hetvolledige productbeeld, inclusief mechanisch ontwerp ensoftware.
- Je bent een autonometeamspeler.
- Engels is een must (C1 ofhoger).
- Kennis van het Nederlands isaanbevolen.
