Dalton is an AI-native CRO and website optimization platform for online stores, based in Ghent. We help e-commerce teams run smarter experiments and see, per variant, what actually moves conversion, replacing guesswork with a system that tests and learns on its own.
We're a small team. Standards are high and the pace is fast; we'd rather fix things in the room than in a meeting.
The role
An engineering internship where you sit with the team that builds the product, not off to the side on a toy project. You'll write code that ships to real customers, on a platform that runs autonomous experiments and AI agents in production. Small team, three engineers, so what you build gets used and gets noticed.
What you'll do
- Ship real features on the Dalton platform, working directly with our engineers
- Help build and test experiments and agent behavior, not just UI
- Fix bugs and improve parts of the product customers use every day
- Learn how a small team takes something from idea to shipped, fast
What we're looking for
- Studying computer science or a related field
- Eager, fast-learning, comfortable asking xlxgzvr questions and figuring things out
- Available for the duration your program requires
- Based in or able to work from Ghent, in-office
