With a team in charge of preparation, management, customer relations and invoicing, he is accountable for the trio of quality, costs and deadlines for heavy maintenance aircraft checks.Participate in the ongoing optimisation of Sabena Engineering’s overall operations. Works as part of the Management team to achieve thisImplement the strategy within your abilities and achieve the objectives assigned to you by the executive Vice president of the Airframe department.Validate quotations for in-house projects with the N-1s, to ensure that quotations are competitive and draw up commercial proposals to submit them to the EVP Operation Airframe for final approvalReportin on project profitability, TAT, quality and updates on the progress plan.Seek out and implement measures to reduce rigidity losses.Manage staffing levels in the department. Ensure that your unit is adequately staffed with suitable experienced and qualified fixed personnel to ensure the achievement of operational objectives while respecting allocated budgets.Ensure compliance with current regulations and standards (EASA, Part 145, etc) and take part in resolving safety reports and quality findings for which you are responsible.responsible for implementing and monitoring all operational aspects of CSMS at BRUContinuously improves health and safety standards in all workplaces under his chargeEnsure that the responsibilities and objectives of its N-1s are clearly defined, understood and respectedResponsible for creating an atmosphere in which staff can be themselves, where dialogue and solutions and where mutual trust is constantly growingYour Profile :Engineering degree in aviation maintenance or equivalent through experience.Minimum 8 years experience in an aircraft maintenance environmentDecision-maker, stress resistantCapable to manage large group of peopleCompetent to analyse, synthesize, prioritiseCustomer oriented and service sensitivityLanguage skills ( English and French and or Dutch)IT skills ( Microsoft office) and knowledge of AMOS is a plusProject management skillsOur Offer :Join the Sabena Engineering family, which is passionate about aviation and fully dedicated to its success.
