Responsibilities:Project Management:- Ensure effective planning, execution, and monitoring.
- Execute projects related to investment products, emphasizing strategic alignment and adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Establish a robust organization, clearly defining scope and business requirements.
- Actively contribute to the realization of product and service roadmaps aligned with the company's overall strategy.
- Continuously assess and discuss solutions and future improvements in line with the strategic vision.
- Provide regular reports to management and stakeholders throughout various project stages.
- Optimal collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a clear understanding of objectives and progress.
- Identify project-related risks and develop appropriate contingency plans.
- Continuously assess progress in ongoing consultation with various stakeholders.
- Describe scope and business requirements.
- Conduct in-depth analyses of business needs in close collaboration with stakeholders.
- Utilize advanced analytical skills to assess needs and propose data-driven solutions.
- Formulate optimization strategies based on the analysis of business processes to enhance operational efficiency.
- Design integrated solutions, considering business requirements, budget constraints, and project timelines.
- Document current and future business processes in detail to ensure a clear understanding of workflows.
- Contribute to the drafting of detailed functional specifications aligned with project objectives.
- Facilitate the transition from existing to new solutions, ensuring continuity and user satisfaction.
- Provide training and support to end users for the effective adoption of new solutions.
- Master's degree, preferably in Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Engineering.
- Bilingual FR/NL, with excellent command of English.
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in projects.
- Experience in the banking and/or insurance sector.
- Business analyst skills.
- Knowledge of investment products.
- Digital native passionate about the digitization of investment products.
- Familiarity with agile/scrum development.
- Continuous learning mindset with a keen interest in digital advancements.
- Solution-oriented resolution with a proactive approach to challenges.
- Excellent team collaboration skills, believing in the success derived from close collaboration with all stakeholders.
- Proven analytical skills, capable of providing relevant insights in problem-solving.
- Data-driven decision-making, emphasizing clarity and efficiency.
- Ability to work autonomously while maintaining transparent communication with the team and management.
- Proficiency in structuring and presenting reports concisely and impactfully.
