Location Etterbeek (Brussels) Hybrid: 2 days per week from home Job Description At our core, we believe in the power ofdata, analytics, and smart workflows enhanced by AI. You'll use your analytical skills to generate insights, define strategies, and execute campaigns acrossGoogle Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and other performance channels. Alongside the team, you'll learn how to use AI tospeed up research, testing, reporting, and campaign optimization — without losing the human strategic layer. Your responsibilities will include: Using AI to setuo campaigns Analyzing and interpreting campaign results Helping define strategies for new campaigns and smarter, data-driven approaches Setting up, optimizing, and experimenting with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid channels Translating analytics data into actionable insights and next steps Building reports and dashboards to measure and communicate performance Joining client meetings and supporting education on campaign results Researching and writing short internal or external articles about how AI is changing marketing Ongoing knowledge sharing, training days, and attending (international) conferences We are a dynamic team of 30 people, and we move fast.
