Your responsibilities: Improve and implement financial systems (ERP, payroll, CRM, etc.) Update/create internal policies Ensure the enforcement of company policies Manage the Accounting & Tax team Ensure accurate and compliant bookkeeping Produce consolidated monthly IFRS accounts within 5 days Handle inventory entries, deferred revenue, intercompany recharges, and FX consolidation Provide regular or ad hoc financial analyses Lead annual audits (migration to IFRS planned) Produce statutory financial statements and tax returns Ensure tax compliance Collaborate closely with internal teams Support governance, internal controls, and operational issue resolution Your profile: Bachelor's degree in Accounting Minimum 5 years of full accounting experience, including team management Knowledge of Odoo and Netsuite is a plus Experience with BE GAAP and IFRS; knowledge of Polish GAAP is an asset Native French speaker with a good command of English IT-savvy, especially in SaaS/pharma environments Our offer: Salary: up to €6,500 gross/month, with a flexible budget and potential to exceed based on experience Bonus: 10% annual bonus Mobility package: electric company car or mobility budget Extra-legal benefits: Full health insurance via Alan Group insurance (6% employer contribution) Net monthly allowance of €145–€165 Holidays: 32 days per year (20 statutory + 12 extra days based on a 40-hour workweek) Work organization: Hybrid telework: up to 3 days/week remote International mobility: possibility to work up to 1 month/year from abroad
