The family company Stadsbader was founded in 1946 in Harelbeke. In the meanwhile, the company is directed by third generation Dominique Valcke. The acquisitions of Deckx AO and Deckx EM in Dessel (2009), Van Maercke Prefab in Kluisbergen (2014) and BAM Contractors (2022) were a strong expansion of the specialisation segments and a reinforcement of the market position. Today the group is daily active in about 250 construction sites in Belgian and the neighbouring countries. Wil jij mee vorm geven aan onze groei in de markt van grote en uitdagende bouwprojecten ? Wij zoeken een Tender Engineer die onze ambitie helpt waarmaken. Als Tender Engineer speel je een cruciale rol in zowel de aanbestedingsfase als de uitvoering van onze bouwprojecten. Je vertaalt complexe technische dossiers naar doordachte uitvoeringsplannen, methodieken en faseringen, en werkt nauw samen met interne teams én klanten om elk project efficiënt en succesvol te realiseren. Je werkt nauw samen met het begrotingsteam in aanbestedingsfase van onze bouwafdeling en werkt samen met hen de bouwmethodieken uit. Daarnaast werk je een plan van aanpak uit met de daarbij horende uitvoeringsmethodes en planningen (uitvoeringsplanning, manpower,…) of andere vereisten van de klant/ het bestek. Materieelinzet , werfinstallatieplannen , bekistingsmethodieken en het bedenken van een fasering kent voor jou geen geheimen. Je kan deze ideeën bevattelijk uitwerken en overbrengen naar de klant om succesvolletenderdossiers over te maken. Voor werken in uitvoering zet je dit alles om in de praktijk: je bent verantwoordelijk voor het opmaken en verfijnen van werkplannen , je assisteert de werven bij hun planningsopvolging of werkt met hen de methodes van aanbesteding verder uit. Jouw profiel Je beschikt over een masterdiploma in bouwkunde , waarmee je een stevige technische basis hebt opgebouwd. Minimale ervaring: 5 à 10 jaar werf- of projectleiding in de bouw van complexere projecten. Ervaring met tenders is een pluspunt. Kennis van planningsprogramma MS PROJECT (en/of Primavera) is vereist evenals de LEAN-planningsmethodologiën. Je brengt structuur aan in jouw werk en organiseert de taken op een efficiënte en nauwkeurige manier. Je bent enthousiast , denkt probleemoplossend en hebt zin voor verantwoordelijkheid . Je kan zelfstandig zaken uitwerken, maar kan ook in team werken. Je bent vertrouwd met de klassieke PC-toepassingen en beschikt over een basiskennisFrans . De werkplek is deels op kantoor, deels op de werven. Onze vestigingen zijn verdeeld over heel Vlaanderen.
