Description: Belfius is seeking a Senior Legal Advisor to join its Legal Department in Brussels. The successful candidate will primarily support internal services and commercial teams regarding supplementary pension products, ancillary guarantees, health insurance contracts, capitalisation operations (branch 26), and collective pension fund management. Key responsibilities include providing proactive legal advice, drafting contracts, managing litigation, and representing Belfius Insurance in internal and external working groups.
