Het team Project Management Office (PMO) binnen de divisie Buildings is actief aan de zijde van de opdrachtgevers als Gedelegeerd Bouwheer, Assistent-bouwheer, of DBFM trajectbegeleider. In die hoedanigheid worden volgende diensten aangeboden: programmatie, haalbaarheidsstudies, organisatie aanbestedingsprocedures, projectmanagement, kwaliteitsmanagement, planningmanagement, kostmanagement, contractmanagement, risico management. Deze diensten kunnen een volledig projectduur omhelzen of specifiek ingezet worden voor welbepaalde projectfases.
De projecten die aan PMO toevertrouwd worden zijn divers en kunnen zowel voor publieke klanten (ziekenhuizen, bibliotheken, scholen, culturele centra, brandweerkazernes,...) als private klanten ontwikkeld worden.
Voor dit team zijn we op zoek naar Project Managers (PM) in de regio Gent, Brussel en Antwerpen.
In deze rol ben je onder andere verantwoordelijk voor:
- Opstellen van het programma van eisen (PVE) dat de basis vormt voor bouwprojecten, in nauw overleg met de klant;
- Financieel/economische haalbaarheidsstudies van voorziene ontwikkelingsprojecten;
- Vertalen van een PVE naar een aanbestedingsdossier onder de vorm van prestatiebestekken (DBFM) of voor de aanstelling van een ontwerpteam (klassieke procedure);
- De begeleiding van de studie, het ontwerp en de uitvoering van A tot Z van gebouwenprojecten;
- Actieve administratieve en technische ondersteuning van de bouwheer en instaan voor diens belangen;
- Het algemeen communicatiebeheer, de projectregie, de budgetcontrole, en de kwaliteitscheck tijdens het projectproces;
- Het contractbeheer in naam van de opdrachtgever: aanstelling, overleg, en onderhandeling met de contractanten (ontwerpteams, aannemers..) tijdens de volledige projectcyclus.
Wie zoeken we:
- Je hebt een universitair diploma, bij voorkeur ingenieur bouwkunde, burgerlijk ingenieur architect met minimaal 4 jaar werkervaring bij een architectuur of studiebureau, aannemer, of overheidsinstelling;
- Je hebt een ondernemende, diplomatische, en dynamische persoonlijkheid;
- Je hebt een hands-on approach en die proactiviteit combineer je met een oplossingsgerichte attitude;
- Je bent open, communicatief, en werkt graag in teamverband;
- Je beschikt, bij voorkeur, over een goede basiskennis van bouwtechnische aspecten (architectuur, technieken, stabiliteit) zo ook inzake het algemeen ontwikkelingsproces in een studiefase;
- Je hebt al grootschalige projecten (min 3M€ bouwkost) onder je hoede gehad;
- Je bent gemotiveerd om je schouders onder ambitieuze projecten (in omvang, type, grootte, betrokken actoren, ...) te zetten;
- Zal als pluspunt aanzien worden:
- Goede kennis van de wetgeving op overheidsopdracht;
- Tweetaligheid: Nederlands/Frans;
- Versatiliteit: een PM-functie binnen een ander team bij de divisie Buildings schrikt je niet af.
