Lead the creation and development of a new Cybersecurity department, shaping strategy, processes, and offerings from the ground up. Oversee internal and client-facing cybersecurity projects, including risk assessments, incident response, and security strategy implementation. Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing team, fostering collaboration, innovation, and accountability. Advise executive leadership and clients on cybersecurity risks, compliance, and strategic initiatives. Drive adoption of cybersecurity frameworks, regulatory compliance, and best practices across the organization. Head of Cybersecurity – Who are you? Senior professional with 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity, IT risk, or advisory, including experience at a Big 4 firm. Proven track record of leading teams and delivering complex cybersecurity projects in a client-facing role. Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, governance, and regulatory environments. Fluent in English, French, and Dutch, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
