We are currently looking for an IT/OT Operations Infrastructure Engineer with strong expertise in Windows Administration and a solid understanding of Linux Administration to join our IT/OT Operations Infrastructure team. This team is responsible for supporting, maintaining and modernizing the overall IT/OT Operations Infrastructure.ResponsibilitiesDesign, implement and manage changes within the IT/OT Operations Infrastructure landscape.Support IT/OT Operations Infrastructure architects during the design of new solutions, and assist throughout the implementation process—from initial concept to a fully functioning solution in the production environment.Analyse and troubleshoot issues and technical errors.Support and coach fellow team members.Maintain the IT/OT Operations Infrastructure and ensure proper documentation of support procedures.Propose improvements to enhance the infrastructure.Be willing to participate in a 24/7 on-call support rotation (one week every four weeks, when required).General skillsAble to follow conversations (passively) in both Dutch and French (mandatory), and fluent in English.Passionate about IT/OT Operations Infrastructure technologies.Strong analytical reasoning skills for diagnosing problems.Excellent communication skills.Ability to work within a regulated environment.Skills & expertiseIn-depth knowledge of:Windows Server 2016–2025 (AD, DHCP, DNS, IIS, ...)VMware vSphereScripting languages (PowerShell & DSC)Experience with:AD / Azure ADNetApp MetroCluster IPKnowledge of:Microsoft SQL Server 2019–2022KubernetesAdditional expectations:A solid understanding of Linux Server Administration.Basic understanding of networks and other IT/OT infrastructure technologies.Experience with cloud architecture—particularly Azure, Azure DevOps and AKS—is considered a strong plus.Location: Brussels city centerStart date: January 2026.Workload: Full-time.Occasional interventions outside regular working hours or during weekends may occur, although these are exceptional.Interested? luc@bimona.be
