Company DescriptionEEVEE Mobility enables companies to understand, handle and reduce their electric fleet charging costs. We get data directly from the car making this the most hassle-free and accurate solution Market Challenges: Traditional market players offer this service through connected charging station installed at home (hardware-focused). This is not only expensive since every charging station needs to be equipped with a data-connection, but it is also cumbersome due to many reasons. Enterprise companies are lacking detailed insights in car/charging data of their entire EV fleet (km, kWh, ...), since data is not available or different per country, making ESG reporting a hassle. EEVEE Mobility disrupts the market based on a software-first approach, connecting directly to the Car Data. This making our solution agnostic from the charging station that is installed at home, making the electrification of the European car fleet much more flexible, scaleable and hassle-free for both drivers and fleet managers. In combination with the EEVEE Charge Pass, fleet managers benefit from one easy platform to manage charging reimbursements (both public and at home) based on their specific and fragmented car policy. Role DescriptionThis is a full-time role for the position of Head of Marketing, based in Hasselt/Diepenbeek but with the flexibility to work from home. The Head of Marketing will lead the marketing strategy, oversee and execute marketing performance, drive branding and communication efforts, and work closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing objectives with business goals. Responsibilities include managing the marketing plan/strategy, executing campaigns, conversion reporting, conducting market research, project & event management, and building strong relationships with partners, media, and sales teams to promote EEVEE Mobility across Europe.QualificationsProficiency in Marketing Management to drive effective strategies and campaignsProven analytical skills to oversee and drive a best-in-class marketing (performance) engine, that thrives on proven traction in stead of gut feeling alone. Proven impact in building successful brands/productsProven leadership skills, to build the marketing team from the ground Strong appetite for making your own hands dirty (with support of partners). There's no marketing team yet, so we are not on the lookout for great managers only. Excellent communication & project management skills, needed to juggle multiple projects at the same time and organize EEVEE Mobility flagship events (together with Partners)Familiarity with the automative/fleet industry is a plus
