Role OverviewThis hybrid role sits between Data Analysis, AI Tools, and Product Management.As a Junior Data Analyst & AI Tools Specialist, you will:Build dashboards and analytics systems in Power BIUse AI tools (Copilot, GPT, Claude, automation agents, Make/N8N) to support reporting and workflowsParticipate in the design and improvement of FuturLab's internal AI productsHelp translate business needs into simple, scalable data productsYou will work with consultants, Business Managers, AI product teams, and clients.️ Key Responsibilities1. Power BI & Data AnalyticsBuild, maintain, and improve Power BI dashboardsCreate optimized data models and DAX calculationsConnect and clean data from multiple sourcesSupport internal KPIs (sales, staffing, pipeline, consultant follow-up)2. AI Tools & AutomationUse AI assistants (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot) to:automate document generationcreate mini workflowsenhance productivity and reportingSupport AI-driven scoring, enrichment, and classification toolsAssist consultants and Business Managers in adopting AI tools dailyHelp design prompts and workflows for Make / N8N automations3. Product Management OrientationTranslate business requirements into clear data and AI featuresWork with FuturLab teams to shape new AI productsParticipate in UI/UX discussions for internal toolsTest new features and provide feedback for iterationDocument processes and contribute to product knowledge base4. Collaboration & Stakeholder SupportWork closely with consultants, recruitment teams, and business managersSupport AI and analytics projects for clientsProvide insights and recommendations to improve operationsEnsure clear communication around analytics and product roadmapsRequired Skills & ExperienceTechnical SkillsExperience of Power BI (mandatory)Strong DAX understandingGood mastery of Excel Power QueryBasic SQLInterest in AI tools and productivity agentsBonus points for experience with:API integrationData warehousesAI & Product SkillsCuriosity for AI agents and automationUnderstanding of prompt engineering basicsAbility to think in terms of features, workflows, and user needsPassion for improving tools and building simple internal productsSoft SkillsAnalytical mindset with strong attention to detailProduct-oriented thinking: user experience, simplicity, clarityAutonomy + strong sense of initiativeClear communication skillsCuriosity and willingness to learn fastEducationBachelor/Master in Data, Business Intelligence, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent experience
