Junior Application Owner A unique entry point into enterprise IT & digital ownership Location: Brussels (Hybrid) Experience: Starters & Juniors welcome (including recent graduates) Why this role is special This is not a classic support or admin role. It's a rare opportunity to start your career by owning real applications used in a complex, enterprise environment. From day one, you'll learn how: business processes IT systems integrations all come together. You'll be coached, supported, and gradually trusted with more responsibility — making this an ideal role for someone who is curious, structured, and eager to grow. What you'll grow into You'll gradually take ownership of applications and: understand how systems interact and exchange data coordinate with IT teams and vendors translate business needs into clear functional requirements help improve stability, integrations, and performance learn how decisions in IT impact the business This role builds a strong foundation for future paths such as: Application Owner, Product Owner, IT Analyst, or Digital Lead. Who we're looking for You don't need years of experience — we're looking for the right mindset: Curious about how systems and applications work together Comfortable taking responsibility and following things through Structured, communicative, and eager to learn Interested in the why behind issues, not just the fix Languages: Dutch and/or French required English is important in daily work Background (nice to have, not required) Recent graduate in IT, business, engineering, or similar Internship, school project, or first work experience in IT Interest in applications, integrations, or digital processes What you'll get Strong coaching and guidance Exposure to enterprise-scale systems A steep learning curve in a safe environment A real ownership role early in your career
