Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role as a Sales Enablement Specialist based in Ath. The role involves delivering sales training programs, prospecting for leads, and enhancing the effectiveness of the sales team. The Sales Enablement Specialist will also be responsible for implementing sales team training sessions, supporting account management activities, and representing the company at congresses and events. Qualifications Experience in Sales Trainings and Sales Enablement to support team development and performance improvement Strong Communication skills to facilitate collaboration and deliver impactful training Ability to work collaboratively, analyze performance data, and suggest actionable insights Previous experience in a similar role or sales-related position is advantageous Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred Ability to travel internationally (30% travel)
