Robert Half is op zoek naar een ervaren AP Manager om het Accounts Payable-team (9 personen)te leiden bij een toonaangevend bedrijf in Brussel. Deze functie is voornamelijk gericht op people management en begeleiding, met beperkte operationele taken. Onze klant is een gerenommeerde speler in zijn sector met een sterke aanwezigheid in Brussel. Het bedrijf biedt een stimulerende werkomgeving die inzet op professionalisme, samenwerking en het ontwikkelen van talenten. Als AP Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor: Het aansturen, coachen en ontwikkelen van een team van 9 medewerkers binnen Accounts Payable; Het fungeren als een aanspreekpunt voor je team bij vragen en escalaties; Het optimaliseren van werkprocessen en het streven naar teamdoelstellingen; Het begeleiden van jaarlijkse evaluaties en het motiveren van je teamleden; Het rapporteren over teamprestaties aan het management; Waar nodig operationele taken ondersteunen en indien nodig bijspringen in het dagelijks werk. De ideale kandidaat beschikt over: Een relevante opleiding en sterke ervaring in Accounts Payable; Ervaring in people management en het aansturen van teams (vereist); Vlotte kennis van zowel het Nederlands als het Frans (vereist); Uitstekende organisatorische en communicatieve vaardigheden; Het vermogen om anderen te motiveren, te coachen en te inspireren; Een proactieve en oplossingsgerichte mentaliteit.
