Het Paleis voor Schone Kunsten in Brussel (Bozar) is een dynamisch kunstenhuis in het hart van Europa. Het is een levendige organisatie in het centrum van een kosmopolitische stad, die in haar art-decogebouw kunstenaars uit België en de hele wereld verwelkomt. We brengen beeldende kunst, muziek, film, performances, literatuur en debatten samen en verwelkomen we jaarlijks ongeveer 650.000 bezoekers. Bozar zet de digitale transformatie verder door de interne teams te versterken. De website (Drupal) vormt een strategische pijler in de relatie tot het publiek: ticketing, programmering, communicatie, CRM en contentbeheer. Om opnieuw de technische controle over ons platform op te nemen , zoeken wij een Backend Web Developer die deze evolutie mee ondersteunt. Functieomschrijving Als Backend Web Developer speel je een sleutelrol in de ontwikkeling, optimalisatie en technische integratie van ons digitaal ecosysteem. Je werkt op het kruispunt van onze website, ons ticketingsysteem (Secutix) en onze CRM/ERP (Odoo). Je staat in voor het onderhoud en de evolutie van de Drupal-website : ontwikkeling van nieuwe functionaliteiten, bugfixes en technische optimalisaties. Je ontwikkelt en onderhoudt de interfaces tussen de website, Odoo (ERP/CRM) en Secutix (ticketing). Je implementeert geautomatiseerde datastromen (API's, webhooks) om de coherentie tussen systemen te garanderen. Je beheert interne aanvragen en evoluties via Jira/Asana: creëren van tickets (bugs, verbeteringen, user stories), prioritering van de backlog, functionele documentatie. Je neemt deel aan technische opvolgingsmeetings en coördinatie met externe dienstverleners (sprints, planning, testing). Je vertaalt de noden van de business (communicatie, UX, SEO, GDPR) in duidelijke specificaties voor externe dienstverleners. Je controleert de functionele kwaliteit van de opleveringen (tests, validatie, conformiteit). Je werkt samen met de teams IT, Communicatie, Data,… voor een afgestemde en agile aanpak. Profiel Je hebt minimum 5 jaar ervaring in backend-ontwikkeling. Je bent tweetalig NL/FR of hebt een zeer goede kennis van één van beide talen en een goede notie van de andere. Goede kennis van technisch Engels is vereist. Je hebt de capaciteit om mee te evolueren in een omgeving met meerdere systemen (web, ticketing, CRM…). Je werkt autonoom, nauwkeurig en met een goede zin voor samenwerking. De culturele sector en digitale uitdagingen spreken je aan. Vereiste technische vaardigheden Talen & Frameworks : PHP 8.x (objectgeoriënteerd), Symfony, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Twig CMS : Drupal 9/10 (custom modules, theming, YAML-configuratie) API’s & integratie : REST API, JSON, XML, Webhooks ERP/CRM : Kennis van beheersystemen (Odoo = pluspunt) Databanken : MySQL (Drupal), kennis van PostgreSQL is een plus (Odoo) Python: is een pluspunt om ERP/CRM-integraties te faciliteren Devtools : Git, Composer, GitHub Performance & security : optimalisatie, web beveiliging, GDPR-conformiteit Aanbod Een boeiende en gevarieerde job in een culturele omgeving binnen een jong en dynamisch team.
