Senior Salesforce Consultant

To support our current clients and to support FORWARD with the current growth and future expansion plans, we are looking for new colleagues to join our CRM Team.
Within the team, we support our clients with digital transformation projects as well as campaign management in different kinds of industries (Retail, Automotive, Healthcare, …).
What will you be doing?- Analyze, gather, and prioritize client business requirements.
- Translate client requirements into effective technical designs and processes.
- Collaborate with Solution Architects, Developers, and Project Managers to deliver multi-cloud implementations within time, budget, and scope constraints.
- Manage client expectations and ensure clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Apply best practices for implementing Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Field Service.
- Deliver high-quality solutions and exceed client expectations in both product and service.
- Conduct training sessions and develop materials to enable clients to effectively utilize Salesforce Service and Sales platforms.
- Share knowledge with team members to foster their growth and expertise.
- Based in Europe (preferably Belgium or the Netherlands).
- Strong expertise in Salesforce Service and Sales Cloud configuration.
- Salesforce Admin certification, along with Sales and/or Service Cloud Consultant certification (required).
- Knowledge of Field Service is a plus.
- At least 3 years of experience in Salesforce.
- Motivated by challenges and driven to deliver results.
- Demonstrates organizational agility and excels in teamwork.
- Confident leadership skills with the ability to influence others.
- Strong client and relationship management abilities.
- Quick learner, adaptable to new technologies.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage concurrent projects.
- Self-directed, self-motivated, independent thinker.
- Ability to provide quality client work and deliverables.
