IT Business Analyst Seeking an IT Business Analyst to examine business processes, elicit requirements, and support IT solution delivery within a regulated energy environment. Key responsibilities Collaborate with cross-functional teams to influence organization-wide IT solutions. Define project objectives, deliverables, schedules, and resource requirements. Document current (AS-IS) and future (TO-BE) process workflows across business areas. Gather and record business and functional requirements from stakeholders. Analyze data and produce reports to inform recommendations and process improvements. Review existing workflows to identify inefficiencies and optimization opportunities. Detect inconsistencies, gaps, and potential risks early in the analysis phase. Propose IT-based solutions in coordination with internal and external technical teams. Support technical teams during solution design, testing, and validation activities. Maintain structured documentation of analyses, decisions, and solution details. Oversee implementation of IT projects to ensure on-time delivery and compliance with requirements. Provide training and user support for new systems and processes. Ensure all project phases adhere to applicable industry regulations and standards. Skills and competences Stakeholder management Effective communication Requirements elicitation Data analysis Business process modeling Risk assessment Technical documentation Agile working methods Training facilitation Project oversight BPMN diagram creation Familiarity with enterprise architecture modeling tools Qualifications At least 3 years of experience in IT business analysis Experience working in Agile environments Experience with SAP and SparX Enterprise Architect Trilingual NL-FR-EN
