At SecWise, a proud member of the Microsoft Intelligent Security Association (MISA), we’re looking for a Cloud Security Engineer to strengthen our growing Cloud SOC team in Leuven.As part of our Managed SOC offering, we deliver a full-service Security Operations Center to our customers. In this engineering role, you’ll go beyond monitoring—you’ll design, automate, and optimize security services that make a real impact.As a Cloud Security Engineer, you will:Set up and configure new customers in our SOC environment.Build workflows and integrations to streamline security operations.Optimize detection rules and create advanced threat detection logic.Explore and implement AI-driven enhancements for security processes.Contribute to new services like Vulnerability Management as a Service (VMaaS) and External Attack Surface Management (EASM).Share ideas, suggest improvements, and help shape the future of our SOC. We’re looking for someone with:A degree in IT and ideally 1–2 years of experience in infrastructure or security engineering.Familiarity with Microsoft technologies and cloud security concepts.Strong problem-solving skills, eager to learn and contribute.Fluent in Dutch & English, French is a plus.You are a true team player who values knowledge sharing and collective success.Technical Skills:Automation & Infrastructure: Logic Apps, Terraform, AzureSecurity Tools: Microsoft Sentinel, Defender XDRScripting: Python, PowerShell, BashAt SecWise, we believe that security is serious business—but work should still be fun.
