Associate Scientist

Job Title: Associate Scientist Location: On-site, Belgium (Antwerp) Contract Period: 1 Year Fixed Term Contract Company Overview: Our client is a global healthcare leader dedicated to delivering high quality talent and innovative solutions to the Life Science industry. They operate a world class analytical department focused on the drug development domain and small molecule research. The Opportunity: Operating as a lab-based specialist specifically dedicated to Gas Chromatography. Conducting independent method development and validating methods following compliant SOPs. Managing at least two portfolio projects in parallel. Performing batch overviews and ensuring rigorous quality control. What you need: A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in Gas Chromatography and analytical techniques. Professional background in the pharmaceutical sector (this role is not suitable for fresh graduates). Proven experience working within drug development and small molecule analytical departments. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Fluency in both English and Dutch (written and spoken). Must be currently based in Belgium.
