Azuro is recruiting a Regulatory Publisher in Brussels (4 days remote work). Are you accurate, process-driven, and passionate about high-quality document publication? In this role, you ensure that technical guidelines and regulations are made available correctly, consistently, and up to date via a digital platform. Do you have experience as a Publisher, or in another role where your analytical skills are used to deliver high-quality publications? Then definitely keep reading Work location Brussels with 4 days remote work. Duties and responsibilities You coordinate and monitor the digital publication process. You ensure that technical guidelines and regulations are made available correctly, consistently, and up to date via a digital platform. You manage and optimize the publication platform. You follow up on changes in national and international documents and translate them into concrete publication actions. You provide advice on improving publication workflows. You contribute to multilingual publications when required, supported by professional translators. Profile You hold a bachelor's or master's degree. You have experience with document management, editing, or publication processes. You have a strong interest in regulation in a broad sense and in technical guidelines. You are comfortable working with digital publication systems and formats such as PDF and XML. You work accurately, with a strong focus on quality and analysis. You communicate fluently in Dutch and/or French and have a good command of English. You work in a structured way and maintain oversight across multiple projects.
