De uitdaging
AlsSupply Chain Assistantben je verantwoordelijk voor het plannen en beheren van de aanvoer en inname van grondstoffen. Dit doe je via verschillende transportmiddelen, zoals schepen en vrachtwagens. Je zorgt ervoor dat de aanvoer nauwkeurig verloopt, of het nu gaat om bulk- of zakgoederen.
Wat zijn jouw belangrijkste taken?
- Plannen van grondstoffen op basis van historische en toekomstige verbruiken.
- Beheren van de safety stock om altijd voldoende voorraad te garanderen.
- Administratieve taken uitvoeren, zoals het verwerken van documenten en analyseresultaten.
- Controleren van ontvangen facturen en afstemmen met de geleverde goederen.
- Voorraadtellingen faciliteren en administratieve correcties doorvoeren.
- Voorraad van zakgoederen en hulpstoffen voor productie/magazijn organiseren.
Wie ben jij?
We zijn op zoek naar iemand met een scherp technisch inzicht en een flinke dosis verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel. Herken je jezelf in onderstaande punten? Dan willen we je graag ontmoeten
- Je hebt een graduaat of bachelorsdiploma op zak of een eerste ervaring als planner in een productieomgeving.
- Je hebt een goed sense of urgency en kunt de juiste prioriteiten stellen.
- Je houdt het overzicht en bent oplossingsgericht.
- Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor orde, netheid en veiligheid.
- Je functioneert goed in teamverband, maar kunt ook zelfstandig aan de slag.
- Je hebt goede kennis van het Office pakket en bij voorkeur ervaring met een ERP pakket zoals SAP of MES.
