Job Description

The Sr Project Manager is accountable for the performance of assigned projects on the Beerse site, leading projects through our standard Project management standards FPX (Flawless Project Execution) and IDEA (ideation, definition, execution, and assessment phases). The major activities of the project manager are driving innovation to ensure safety and appropriate quality, translating the needs of our internal clients into a technical solution, using learning adoption internally and externally, coordinating and aligning a team of internal and external project members, and ensuring that our standards and agency regulations like FDA are followed.

The Sr Project Manager will lead the E&PS Beerse Project Delivery team composed of 6 Project Leads and will report into the E&PS Director Project Management for Belgium.

The best candidate for this role has experience in leading a team and has experience in end-to-end execution of capital projects with a continuous focus on Construction Safety. They have good communication skills and knowledge of process engineering, HVAC, and E&I. Knowledge of the pharma or medical devices is preferable. You are eager to learn continuously and like to work with many colleagues and partners across other functional areas who are involved in your projects. Making good relationships and aligning team members is something that gives you energy.
