Your role As a SAP Logistics Key User, you will be a vital link between operations and systems in our dynamic Global Supply Chain environment. Working within a collaborative team of three, you will provide expertise in SAP processes, troubleshoot operational challenges, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. In this role you will play a key role in: Supporting day-to-day logistics operations by troubleshooting issues, optimizing processes, and ensuring seamless integration between systems and operations. Managing SAP processes and master data governance, ensuring data integrity and system functionality for optimal operational performance. Handling EDI connections with third-party logistics providers (3PLs) to resolve issues and implement improvements for enhanced supply chain efficiency. Participating in process harmonization and continuous improvement projects that align with global supply chain strategies. Providing first-level support and training for end-users, empowering them to effectively utilize systems and follow standardized processes. Representing operations in cross-functional projects and occasionally assisting with urgent order and shipment execution during peak periods. Your profile You have 2-3 years of experience in logistics operations or supply chain environments with demonstrated SAP expertise. You possess practical knowledge of interfaces/EDI and understand how they integrate with operational processes. You demonstrate strong analytical skills with the ability to quickly understand and integrate complex processes. You communicate fluently in English, with French language skills being advantageous. You work effectively both independently and as part of a team, showing initiative after initial onboarding. You bring a positive, collaborative attitude with a strong team spirit and commitment to continuous improvement.
