SAP Project Coordinator – Pharmaceutical Sector Brussels Area , Belgium About Nalys Nalys is a fast‐growing consulting company specialized in life sciences and high‐tech engineering. Today, we are supporting one of our key pharma partners located near Brussels on a major transformation linked to the integration of a new ERP.
About the Role
As part of the Integration Team, you will play a central role in the ongoing IT transformation, driven by the rollout of a new SAP ERP system and broader harmonization of applications across the site. You will support project governance, planning, communication, and coordination across multiple workstreams, ensuring smooth alignment with global standards and timelines. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a dynamic environment, thrives with multi‐project coordination, and brings strong organizational and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
Support site initiatives related to IT transition and integration Coordinate and monitor multidisciplinary project activities, ensuring planning, scheduling, and reporting Assist with project documentation, deliverable tracking, and adherence to governance standards Prepare and coordinate meetings, workshops, and working groups at both local and global levels Draft meeting minutes and follow up on action items Facilitate communication between local teams, and the different stakeholders Handle project‐related administrative tasks to ensure team efficiency (calendars, documentation, monitoring) Support application alignment with global standards and integration requirements.
Skills
& Qualifications You hold a Master's degree in Science, Biotechnology, Engineering, or another technical field You have at least a first experience in project coordination or project management, preferably in pharma or biotech sectors You have a good understanding of GMP concepts You have a strong IT affinity and ability to quickly learn new tools You are able to manage Microsoft Office 365, MS Project You have a good understanding of product documentation and SOPs You have strong organizational, analytical, and multitasking skills You are an excellent communicator with diverse stakeholders You are a person detail‐oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently Critical thinking and a problem‐solving mindset You are fluent in both French & English.
