Aujourd'hui, LGM ce sont près de 1100 collaborateurs présents en France et à l'international, qui analysent, optimisent et pilotent la conception, l'exploitation et la maintenance de systèmes complexes.

  • Nous recherchons un(e) Project Manager Officer expérimenté(e) pour rejoindre notre équipe dynamique dans le secteur de l'énergie. Le PMO sera responsable de la définition, de l'implémentation et de l'amélioration continue des processus, méthodes et outils de gestion de projet, tout en apportant conseil et soutien aux équipes projets. Ce poste est également mandaté pour contrôler la bonne application des pratiques et des processus définis au sein de l'organisation.

En fonction des besoins, vous pourrez être impliqué(e) directement dans les projets (revues de projet, actions correctives, gestion des risques, etc.).

Principales Responsabilités
  • Définir et mettre en œuvre les politiques, standards et outils de gestion de projet (PEST) au sein du Groupe, en assurant leur application dans toutes les entités du secteur.
  • Développer et améliorer les outils et processus en collaboration avec le département IT, pour garantir la qualité et l'efficacité des projets.
  • Identifier les opportunités d'amélioration en matière d'efficacité opérationnelle et proposer des solutions sous forme de nouveaux processus ou outils.
  • Auditer les processus et assurer la conformité avec les standards internes, tout en offrant des recommandations pour améliorer les pratiques existantes.
  • Concevoir des tableaux de bord avec des indicateurs clés de performance pour soutenir les responsables locaux et le reporting consolidé au niveau du portefeuille de projets.
  • Optimiser les interactions entre les équipes de gestion de projet (PM) et les autres fonctions (Ventes, Achats, Ingénierie, etc.).
  • Fournir un soutien ponctuel aux équipes locales sur des problématiques spécifiques (risques, réclamations, gestion d'équipe, etc.).
  • Animer et coordonner les programmes de formation du Groupe en gestion de projet, en collaboration avec le département RH.
  • Maintenir et développer vos compétences en gestion de projet selon les normes internationales (ex : PMI).
  • Encadrer et manager une équipe de 3 personnes.
Votre profil et les qualités attendues pour ce poste:
  • Diplôme de Master en ingénierie avec une orientation gestion de projet.
  • Certification PMI ou équivalente (Prince2) appréciée.
  • Maîtrise parfaite du français et de l'anglais, à l'oral comme à l'écrit.
  • Expérience professionnelle de 10 à 15 ans minimum dans la gestion de projets, idéalement dans un environnement international et complexe.
  • Compétences avancées avec SAP (modules MM, PS) et une expérience en gestion de documents et de données via SharePoint, Office 365, ainsi qu'outils de planification.
