Zaventem – Strategic Role with Leadership & Global ExposureWe are recruiting a Transfer Pricing Manager for a prestigious international advisory firm with a strong footprint in Belgium and worldwide.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Transfer Pricing professional ready to take ownership, work closely with clients, and actively shape a growing TP practice.The firm combines international reach with a human-scale culture, offering direct client exposure, autonomy, and long-term career development. You'll work in a dynamic environment where expertise, collaboration, and impact truly matter.Lead transfer pricing engagements for international and mid-sized companiesAdvise clients on transfer pricing planning, structuring, and strategic positioningDevelop and review transfer pricing models, policies, and documentationManage benchmarking studies and complex TP analysesHandle Belgian and international TP audits, verifications, and ruling requestsAct as a key contact for clients, translating complex TP matters into clear business adviceCoach and mentor junior consultants while contributing to the growth of the TP practiceStay up to date with international TP regulations and proactively advise clients on upcoming changesMaster's degree in Tax, Economics, Law, Accountancy, or a related field6 to 10 years of experience in transfer pricing within a consultancy or similar environmentFluent in English, with strong proficiency in French or DutchClient-oriented mindset with strong communication skillsAutonomous, proactive, and comfortable taking responsibilityTeam player with leadership potential and a high level of integrityStrong analytical skills and solid command of common IT toolsA strategic role within a stable and fast-growing international firmDirect exposure to partners and decision-makers from day oneA collaborative and supportive team environment with real ownershipA competitive salary package aligned with your experienceFlexible working arrangements and a healthy work-life balanceExtensive training opportunities and long-term career prospectsThe chance to actively contribute to the development of a growing transfer pricing practice Benchmarking, Audit, Documentation, Tax, Transfer Pricing, IT Tools, Engagement, Stay Informed, Economy, Law, Regulation, Advisory, Planning, Policy, Advising clients, Business Consulting, Consulting, Customer Oriented, Leadership, Proactivity, Accounting, Analysis, Proactivity, Translation, Highly responsible, Act with integrityJBRP1_BE
