Key Responsibilities

  • Local Procurement
  • Manage the Sourcing to Contract
  • Procurement for:
  • Insurances
  • Capex
  • Transport & Logistics
  • Mobility Solution
  • Technical Goods & Services
  • Ensure compliance to national legislation, ESG standards, and Company's Procurement Policy.
  • Manage complaints and constructive approach towards claims handling.
  • Proven buying experience (5 to 10 years)
  • Time management and result-driven approach in a fast-paced and highly demanding environment.
  • Proven analytical skills and ability to synthesize information in a coherent manner.
  • Ability to successfully manage multiple projects.
  • Efficiency and flexibility, go the extra mile.
  • Steady & robust personality, able to work successfully in a very commercial environment.
  • Knowledge of Business Intelligence software as well as ERP modules is a plus (SAP/Ariba; Venice; …)
  • Freelance mission: 1 year, extension possible.
