Do you have 3+ years of experience with DevOps practices and Azure tooling? We are looking for an EU national to join our team hybrid in Brussels.Requirements:Minimum 5+ years in IT3+ years of hands-on experience working with DevOps practices and Azure toolingStrong knowledge of Azure DevOps platform and servicesStrong knowledge of Git version control and CI/CD principlesProven experience designing, implementing, and managing CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOpsExperience automating infrastructure provisioning with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or BicepAbility to collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure smooth deploymentsExperience building observability into pipelines including monitoring, metrics, and performance visibilityAbility to continuously optimise DevOps processes for speed, reliability, and scalabilityStrong troubleshooting skills for pipeline, deployment, and infrastructure issuesHands-on experience with Docker and container technologiesExperience with Kubernetes and container orchestrationUnderstanding of DevOps best practices and methodologiesProactive problem-solving approach with focus on automation and efficiencyStrong collaboration and communication skillsLanguages: English (fluent), and Dutch (fluent) or French (fluent)Job Description:Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOpsAutomate infrastructure provisioning with Terraform, Bicep, or other Infrastructure as Code toolsCollaborate with development and operations teams to ensure smooth deployments and releasesBuild observability into pipelines including monitoring, metrics, and performance visibilityContinuously optimise DevOps processes for speed, reliability, and scalabilityTroubleshoot and resolve pipeline, deployment, and infrastructure issuesImplement and manage containerised applications using DockerWork with Kubernetes for container orchestration and managementEstablish and maintain version control workflows using GitImplement CI/CD best practices across development teamsMonitor and improve pipeline performance and deployment success ratesAutomate manual processes to improve efficiency and reduce errorsSupport development teams with Azure DevOps tooling and best practicesEnsure security and compliance in CI/CD pipelinesDocument DevOps processes, pipelines, and infrastructure configurationsParticipate in incident response and root cause analysis for deployment issues
