You'll deliver high‐quality, personalised support that keeps our teams productive, connected, and ready to innovate.What You'll DoIn this visible and dynamic on‐site role, you will:Deliver premium desktop support across Windows, macOS, and iOSTroubleshoot hardware, software, account, and access issuesAct as an escalation point for complex incidentsSupport A/V and collaboration tech (Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom, Neat hardware)Provide live support for key meetings and campus eventsManage hardware, peripherals, stock, and asset tracking across multiple buildingsPerform onsite tasks such as network patching & access point replacementDeliver a smooth, welcoming onboarding experience for new hiresMaintain documentation and enhance knowledge articlesWhat You Bring5+ years' experience in desktop or end‐user supportProficiency with Windows, macOS, iOS & Microsoft 365Experience supporting meeting room and A/V technologiesFamiliarity with ServiceNowA strong customer‐service mindset and excellent communication skillsAbility to work independently and collaborate with remote teamsEnglish required; Dutch/French a plusExperience in regulated industries (e.g., biotech, life sciences) is a bonus.QualificationsDegree in IT/Computer Science or equivalent experienceCertifications such as ITIL, PMP, CISSP, AWS are advantageousExperience with Okta, device provisioning & modern endpoint tools preferredWhy This Role?You'll be the driving force behind creating a smooth, modern, and reliable technology experience.
