JOB INTAKE – .NET Back-End Developer (avec Python – Data Analysis)1. Contexte du besoin Ouverture récente du poste 2. Objectif du poste Renforcer l’équipe avec un développeur back-end .NET capable : De couvrir principalement des besoins en .NET Et de combler un manque de charge via des tâches en Python orientées data analysis Le poste n’est pas conçu comme un rôle senior , ni comme un poste très challengeant techniquement à long terme. 3. Responsabilités principales Développement back-end en .NET (activité principale) Réalisation de tâches en Python : Développement Python simple Travaux liés à la data analysis Pas de data engineering Exploitation de bases de données : Compréhension du fonctionnement des bases de données Utilisation dans un contexte d’analyse de données 4. Stack technique – attentes claires Must-have .NET (Back-End) → compétence clé et prioritaire Python : Niveau autonome Pas besoin d’être spécialiste ou senior Capable de travailler sans support constant SQL / bases de données Nice-to-have / secondaire Connaissances front-end de base (pour mobilité future sur d’autres projets) Compréhension générale de technologies comme Blazor / WPF , mais : ❌ Pas requises pour le projet actuel ❌ Pas déterminantes dans le choix final Non requis WPF Blazor (pour ce projet précis) Expertise front-end avancée Data engineering 5. Niveau de séniorité recherché Profil mid-level idéal Objectif : stabilité + adéquation au niveau réel du poste 6. Critères de sélection – ordre de priorité Back-end .NET Python Bases de données Front-end (secondaire) Soft skills / comportement (critère transversal)👉 En cas d’égalité technique : Le comportement en entretien fait la différence : Communication Attitude Engagement Énergie / plaisir à échanger ⚠️ Un excellent développeur avec un mauvais comportement sera refusé. 7. Soft skills attendus Bonne communication Attitude ouverte et positive en entretien Capacité à échanger naturellement Comportement professionnel et collaboratif 8. Organisation & travail hybride Politique officielle : 2 jours / semaine au bureau En pratique : Organisation très flexible Pas de contrôle strict Ce qui fera la différence entre un bon candidat et le “perfect match” Excellente maîtrise back-end Python suffisant pour être autonome Bonne compréhension des bases de données Attitude positive et professionnelle en entretien Profil cohérent avec le niveau reel du poste
