Description du poste

Notre agence Adéquat Lille BTP recrute un Spécialiste Maintenance Appareillages et Fontainerie de Réseaux Divers pour un Contrat à Durée Indéterminée située à Lille et ses alentours, sous l'autorité du gestionnaire d'affaire et / ou du chef d'équipe.

Vos futures missions :

  • Réaliser la maintenance et l'entretien de réseaux divers
  • Réaliser le contrôle de réseaux de disconnecteurs
  • Réaliser le contrôle de réseaux et organes incendie (Colonne sèche, poteau incendie, cuve de stockage, surpresseur)
  • Réaliser les comptes rendus et les rapports journaliers
  • Suivre les dates d'échéances des contrôles et entretiens
  • Organiser son planning d'intervention
  • Aider l'équipe d'installation en cas de besoin

Condition de travail :

  • Travail en équipe à horaires réguliers (8h-12h / 13h-17h)
  • Travaux de nuit possibles en fonction des obligations contractuelles
  • Travail sur chantier intérieur ou extérieur bâtiment
  • Prise de poste au siège à Lille
  • Déplacement sur chantier avec véhicule d'intervention

Le Profil Adéquat :

  • Chantiers non accessible en transports en communs
  • Niveau CAP / Bac ou équivalent
  • Titulaire de la certification de compétence à la maintenance des disconnecteurs
  • Discipline et meneur d'équipe
  • Aguerri au respect des règles de sécurité et normes actuelles
  • Attentif aux demandes du client et à la relation fournisseur
  • Organisation et rigueur dans l'exécution des tâches confiées
  • Être à l'aise avec les logiciels de traitement de texte (Word, Excel)
