Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the single point of accountability for end-to-end delivery across a cluster of multiple Agile squads.Structure, plan, track, and de-risk the delivery of complex epics and features, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.Coordinate and synchronize work across squads, proactively managing dependencies, risks, and impediments.Monitor delivery progress using Agile metrics (burn-up/burn-down, velocity, risks) and provide clear reporting to senior stakeholders.Ensure adherence to Agile frameworks, delivery standards, and regulatory or governance requirements.Coach and mentor Scrum Masters and squad members, promoting Agile best practices and continuous improvement.Facilitate cluster-level Agile ceremonies (e.g. Scrum of Scrums, planning, refinement, delivery boards).Foster collaboration, transparency, and accountability across teams in a complex, fast-paced environment.Mandatory Experience & SkillsMinimum 10 years of experience in Agile delivery, Scrum Mastery, or Agile program/cluster-level roles.Proven experience delivering complex digital or IT initiatives in a scaled Agile environment.Strong background in project delivery, stakeholder management, priority management, and risk & issue management.Demonstrated ability to work closely with senior leadership, Product Owners, and business stakeholders.Deep knowledge of Agile methodologies, governance, processes, and delivery standards.Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess dependencies, risks, and delivery trade-offs.Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence, coach, and align diverse stakeholders.
