Voor een van onze klanten, een stabiel farmaceutisch bedrijf, zijn we op zoek naar een Office Manager. Deze functie bestaat uit een heel uitgebreid en interessant takenpakket. De Officer Manager draagt bij aan de dagelijkse coördinatie van het bedrijf. Het kantoor is gelegen in Anderlecht.TakenpakketSupply chain.Facturatiebeheer.Bijwerken en beheren van evaluatietabellen (bestellingen, voorraden, creditnota’s, …).Activiteiten monitoren en rapporteren: dagelijkse verkooprapporten bijwerken en versturen, voorraadoverzichten delen.Verkoopteam ondersteunen.Fungeren als interface / coördinerend persoon tussen de verschillende externe/interne contacten: ervoor zorgen dat inkomende informatie / vraag wordt doorgegeven aan de relevante contactpersonen.Ruimte om ideeën te delen en mee te denken aan de strategie.…ProfielJe bent tweetalig NL – FR. Goed niveau Engels is een plus.Office tools beheer je probleemloos: Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook.Affiniteit voor de farmaceutische omgeving.Je bent sterk en in het beheren van projecten.Je werkt grondig en verzekert een goede follow-up.Je kan prioriteiten stellen en deadlines halen.Autonoom met aanpassingsvermogen.Klant- en resultaatgericht.Uitmuntende interpersoonlijke vaardigheden.Actief kunnen luisteren & reactiviteit – een echte problem solver.AanbodEen gevarieerde functie binnen een fijn farmaceutisch bedrijf met ruimte voor jouw ideeën.Contract van onbepaalde duur bij de klant.Interesse?
