Voor ons hoofdkantoor in Genk zoeken wij een Business Process Analyst.
Jouw takenpakket:
- Samen met de Business Process Manager breng je de noden en requirements van de business (bouwsector) in kaart.
- Je maakt de vertaalslag tussen de business en IT en beheert hierbij de projecten van A tot Z.
- Je formaliseert, verbetert, test en analyseert (nieuwe) processen.
- Je implementeert de (nieuwe) procedures binnen ons IT-landschap volgens onze standaard.
- Je werkt projectmatig en bent medeverantwoordelijk voor de projectplanning en het behalen van de projectdoelstelling binnen de vooropgestelde timing en budget.
- Je ondersteunt en traint de eindgebruikers en zorgt voor gebruikershandleidingen.
- Enerzijds werk je aan projecten (bv digitalisering, innovatie,...): blueprints schrijven, applicaties analyseren & implementeren.
- Anderzijds verzorg je het onderhoud en nazorg van de projecten en beheer je de bestaande applicaties.
Herken je jezelf in volgende punten?
- Je beschikt over een hoger diploma, bij voorkeur in een economische richting of in de beleidsinformatica.
- Je bent sterk geïnteresseerd in het opvolgen en optimaliseren van business processen.
- Je werkt vlot met Office 365 en hebt een goede kennis Nederlands en Frans (we hebben vestigingen in Brussel & Wallonië).
- Kennis van Build software is een troef, maar geen must.
- Je hebt een sterk analytisch denkvermogen.
- Je bent een sterke communicator: je beschikt over uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en je weet als geen ander hoe je informatie op een begrijpelijke manier moet overbrengen.
- Je bent een pragmatische probleemoplosser die snel schakelt.
- Sterk in projectmanagement: je houdt meerdere ballen moeiteloos in de lucht.
- Je verplaatst je op regelmatige basis naar onze verschillende vestigingen binnen België.
