Dan is deze rol als Customer Planning Analyst iets voor jou In deze functie ben jij de schakel tussen klanten en leveranciers en zorg je ervoor dat alles vlekkeloos verloopt binnen de internationale supply chain.

Description
Binnen dit internationale bedrijf heb je een gevarieerd takenpakket:
- Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten en zorgt voor een vlotte communicatie.
- Je verwerkt klantaanvragen en beheert bestellingen van begin tot eind.
- Je bewaakt en optimaliseert de voorraadniveaus.
- Je implementeert en beheert wijzigingen in onderdelen en verpakkingen.
- Je stelt de juiste (douane)documenten op en volgt deze op.
- Je beheert klantenportalen en rapporteert over verpakkingen.
- Je ondersteunt de implementatie van de operationele planning en bewaakt de KPI's.
Profile
- Je beschikt minstens over een bachelordiploma, bij voorkeur in een logistieke richting.
- Basiskennis van Nederlands is vereist, goede kennis van Engels.
- Minimaal drie jaar ervaring in planning of analyse.
- Goede kennis van Excel en bij voorkeur ervaring met SAP.
- Communicatief sterk en een echte teamspeler.
- Stressbestendig en oplossingsgericht.
- Zelfverzekerd en matuur in samenwerking met verschillende teams en stakeholders.

Je komt terecht in een dynamisch en hecht team met drie Customer Planning Analysts en twee Supplier Planners en rapporteert aan de branch manager.
