Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager (PM) to lead and coordinate the logistics of a manufacturing unit. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficiency and success of operations, from updating the Bill of Materials (BOM) to establishing key processes and performance metrics.

Your missions

  • Define the project scope and create a detailed roadmap to guide implementation.
  • Ensure the Bill of Materials (BOM) is accurate and up to date.
  • Develop and streamline critical processes to improve operational efficiency.
  • Design and implement a clear communication plan to ensure all stakeholders remain informed and aligned.
  • Define and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure success and identify areas for improvement.

Your profile

  • Fluent in French (spoken and written) and proficient in reading English documents.
  • Proven experience in Project Management (PM) within a manufacturing or logistics environment.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills with a structured approach to managing complex tasks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
  • Results-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of managing deadlines in a dynamic environment.
