Electronics Sourcing Specialist

The Technical Sourcing Engineer serves as a key point of contact for Supply Chain activities across assigned design initiatives, supporting procurement, logistics, and supply chain development. The role ensures the execution of Product Lifecycle Quality Process (PLCQ) deliverables, providing cost analysis, supplier coordination, and sourcing strategies aligned with program and organizational goals. The engineer collaborates with design teams, suppliers, and commodity management to optimize material flow, supplier performance, and cost efficiency. Additionally, the role drives early supplier qualification, identifies process improvements, and supports overall supply chain strategy.Support Supply Chain deliverables throughout all phases of PLCQ execution.Conduct cost analysis, sample/mass production pricing, and resolve cost discrepancies.Coordinate supplier selection, qualification, and feasibility reviews for custom parts.Place purchase orders and negotiate pricing, terms, and supply chain optimization programs.What we expect from you:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical (electronics) or economic or business field with 2+ years of experience.Knowledge of electronic/electrical components, PCB/PCBA, connectors, cable assemblies, and full assembly integration and technical project management experience Fluency in EnglishKnowledge of IATF 16949, VDA 6.3, and AIAG Core Tools.What you can expect from us:TMC is an international high-tech consultancy company that brings expertise to its clients in order to support them with the realization of their technological challenges.
