About the Role - The Sales Engineer position at SPANTECH in Belgium (Nivelles) involves overseeing projects from start to finish, requiring skills in sales, lead generation, technical consultations, project planning, and customer relationship management.
Responsibilities
- Lead the search for potential clients and business opportunities within various sectors.
- Engage with prospects, conduct needs assessments, and present modular building solutions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop proposals and negotiate contracts.
- Serve as the technical expert, providing consultative support to clients.
- Oversee the project lifecycle from concept to delivery.
- Cultivate strong client relationships and provide exceptional customer service.
- Ensure quality standards and project specifications are met throughout the project.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Business, or related field.
- Proven sales and project management experience in the construction or modular building industry.
- Strong technical acumen and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects, demonstrate leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility to travel and proficiency in Dutch and English (French is a plus).
