Beschrijving Onze klant is een gespecialiseerde speler binnen industriële automatisering en maakt deel uit van een grotere technische groep actief in uiteenlopende procesomgevingen. Vanuit België werken ze aan automatiseringsprojecten voor klanten in sectoren zoals Food & Beverage, Oil & Gas, Pharma en Chemie. De organisatie combineert technische diepgang met een pragmatische aanpak en een sterke teamcultuur, waar kennisdeling en verantwoordelijkheid centraal staan. Als Application Engineer werk je projectmatig aan het ontwerp, de ontwikkeling en implementatie van procesbesturingssystemen. Afhankelijk van het project werk je in-house of op locatie bij de klant. Je analyseert processen, vertaalt deze naar functionele specificaties en ontwikkelt robuuste automatiseringsoplossingen. Daarnaast test je applicaties, begeleid je simulaties en sta je mee in voor de inbedrijfname. Je werkt nauw samen met collega-engineers en klanten, geeft gebruikersopleidingen en biedt technische ondersteuning tijdens en na oplevering. Na een grondige inwerkperiode word je volwaardig lid van een projectteam en neem je verantwoordelijkheid op binnen complexe automatiseringstrajecten. Profiel Bachelor of master in engineering, elektromechanica of gelijkwaardig door ervaring Ervaring of sterke basiskennis in PLC-, SCADA- en/of DCS-systemen Kennis van PLC-programmatie en industriële IO-bussystemen Bereid om te reizen binnen de BENELUX Praktisch, analytisch en probleemoplossend ingesteld, met sterke communicatieve vaardigheden Aanbod Afwisselende en technisch uitdagende functie met veel autonomie Aantrekkelijk salarispakket met extra-legale voordelen Bedrijfswagen inclusief tankkaart Werken in een team van gedreven collega's met passie voor techniek Reële doorgroeimogelijkheden binnen industriële automatisering
