International Scope IT Director - Exclusive Opportunity - Brussels (International Scope) Job Description Strategy & Roadmap: Define and prioritize the technology roadmap (applications, platforms, infrastructures) aligned with the Client's strategic objectives. Leadership & Culture: Develop and train technical teams, drive performance management, and foster collaboration across differents teams. Project Delivery: Plan and manage resources, schedules, and budgets; oversee risk management and ensure compliance with SLA/OLA commitments. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with clients, vendors, and technology partners; contribute to technical proposals (RFI/RFP) and pre-sales activities when required. Continuous Innovation: Promote R&D initiatives, and drive cost and performance optimization. Architecture & Quality: Advocate for a modern architecture (cloud, APIs, automation), enforce data and security standards, and ensure operational excellence. The Successful Applicant At least 5 years' experience in a similar role, managing teams and budgets within a matrix organization. Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Science; MBA or postgraduate studies in Management or Information Security preferred. Inspiring leadership and clear communication. Data-driven decision-making and a systemic, holistic vision. Strong multi-stakeholder negotiation skills, sense of urgency, and high ethical and compliance standards.
