Pour notre client spécialisé dans le secteur ferroviaire, nous sommes activement à la recherche d'un Industrial Project Manager.
Le Project Industrial Manager sera responsable de la gestion et de l'optimisation des opérations au sein de notre site de conception et de production de prototypes. Ce poste implique une forte composante de management d'équipe, ainsi que la réalisation de reporting administratif afin d'assurer l'efficacité et la performance des activités de fabrication.
  • Diriger et motiver une équipe dédiée, en favorisant un environnement collaboratif et communicatif.
  • Coordonner les activités de conception et de production des prototypes, en garantissant le respect des délais et des standards de qualité.
  • Analyser les processus de production et identifier les opportunités d'amélioration.
  • Établir et suivre les indicateurs de performance clés (KPI) pour évaluer l'efficacité des opérations.
  • Préparer des rapports réguliers sur l'avancement des projets et la performance de l'équipe.
  • Assurer le suivi des aspects administratifs liés à la gestion des ressources humaines de l'équipe.
  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec d'autres départements (ingénierie, qualité, logistique) pour assurer une intégration fluide des activités.

  • Minimum 10 ans en fabrication ou ingénierie de production
  • Expérience avérée en gestion d'équipe et en people management.
  • Connaissance approfondie des processus de production
  • Capacité à établir et interpréter des KPI, ainsi qu'à produire des rapports clairs et concis.
  • Diplomaticité, sens de l'écoute et capacité à instaurer un climat de confiance au sein de l'équipe.
  • Esprit d'analyse et proactivité dans la recherche de solutions.
