Jouw werklocatie: op jouw Equans-site en bij klantenJouw Equans-uitvalsbasis: Grimbergen Wat ga je doen?leiden en motiveren van technische teams zorgen voor ISO-conformiteit en audits voorbereiden opleidingen up-to-date houden en programma's opvolgen teams begeleiden in hun professionele groei en permanente vorming technische ondersteuning bieden aan andere afdelingen (zoals commercieel) technologische innovaties voorstellen en implementeren om producten en diensten te verbeteren markttrends en technologische evoluties analyseren om competitief te blijven samenwerken met leveranciers om kwaliteit en betrouwbaarheid van materialen en uitrusting te garanderen doelstellingen bepalen en prestaties van teamleden evalueren processen opzetten om operationele excellentie te verzekeren Profiel Wat breng je mee?diploma in ingenieurswetenschappen of gelijkwaardig, bij voorkeur in liften of hijstoestellen ervaring in het beheren van technische projecten sterke leiderschapsvaardigheden en ervaring in teammanagement grondige kennis van veiligheidsnormen en sector-specifieke regelgeving kennis van ISO vermogen om innovatieve en geavanceerde technische oplossingen te bedenken kwaliteitsgerichte aanpak en focus op continue verbetering beheersing van IT-tools voor technisch en kwaliteitsbeheer vlotte communicatie en onderhandelingsvaardigheden goede kennis van het Frans en het Nederlands Aanbod Zin om mee te werken aan de multitechnische uitdagingen van morgen?Bij Equans vind je een boeiende carrière in een stabiel en financieel gezond bedrijf.
